Customizing the in-app Resource Center for your brokerage
Every page in Done-Deal has a floating "Help & Resources" button (the circular ? button in the bottom-right corner) that opens a drawer with tips relevant to the page you're on. This article explains what that content is today and what's involved in customizing it for your brokerage.

What agents see today
The tips shown in the drawer are written by Done-Deal and built into the app for each page — the Deals Board, a transaction's detail page, a property portal, and so on. They're the same for every brokerage; there's no per-brokerage variation in what agents currently see when they click the ? button.
The brokerage-override mechanism
Done-Deal has a database table (resource_articles) designed specifically
to let a brokerage override or add its own help content on top of the
built-in tips — a brokerage row with the same slug as a default article
takes precedence for that brokerage's agents, and Done-Deal has an API that
lets an account with the Broker or Admin role edit or delete an existing
override for their brokerage.
Note: This mechanism is not yet wired up to a self-serve page or to the live Help & Resources drawer agents see. There's currently no screen where a broker can browse, create, or edit these entries, and the drawer itself doesn't read from this table yet — it shows Done-Deal's built-in content only. If your brokerage wants custom in-app help content today, contact support; this isn't a self-serve feature yet.
What this means for your brokerage right now
- You cannot add your own tips to the Help & Resources drawer through the app today.
- If you want brokerage-specific guidance available to your agents in the meantime, upload it as a PDF on the Brokerage resources page instead — Reme can read those and use them to answer agent questions, even though they won't appear in the ? drawer.
FAQ
Can I edit what agents see when they click the "?" button?
Not from the app today. The drawer's content is the same for every brokerage. The underlying database and permissions for a brokerage override already exist, but there's no page to use them yet.
Is a self-serve Resource Center editor coming?
The permission model (Broker or Admin role, scoped to your brokerage) and the data layer are already in place, which suggests a self-serve editor is planned, but there's no committed timeline. Contact support if this is a priority for your brokerage.
What should I do if I want custom help content for my agents now?
Upload it as a PDF to Brokerage resources so Reme can reference it in answers, or contact support about getting content added directly.
